What type of vehicles do you have?
Our fleet includes latest Executive and Luxury Sedans, SUVs, Stretch Limousines, Sprinter Vans, Party Buses, and Motor Coaches which can accommodate groups of up to 50 passengers.
Are your drivers licensed and insured?
All our drivers have a valid chauffeur license, go through background checks, and receive professional training. Our vehicles are fully licensed, insured, and regularly maintained for your safety.
How far in advance should I book my car service?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard reservations. For weddings, proms, and other events, please book at least 3 months prior to secure your preferred vehicle.
How much does your service cost?
Rates depend on vehicle type, distance, and travel time. Sedans typically cost between $75 and $120 per hour, SUVs range from $100 to $200 per hour, and Stretch Limousines cost $150 to $300 per hour. We use flat rates for Airport Transfers. Hourly Charters usually require a minimum of 3-4 hours.
Are gratuity, tolls, parking fees, and fuel surcharges included in the quoted price?
Yes, except gratuity which is optional. Our upfront price is transparent. No hidden fees and surprises.
Do you provide airport transportation throughout California?
Yes, we offer 24/7 airport transportation in California including San Francisco (SFO), Oakland (OAK), San Jose (SJC), Sacramento (SMF), Los Angeles (LAX), and San Diego (SAN). We also provide service at all major US cities.
How do I find my driver at the airport?
We will send you driver and vehicle details with instruction on how to meet your driver a day before your travel date. The driver will wait for you at baggage claim with a sign displaying your name if meet and greet service is requested.
What is your wait time for airport transfer?
45 minutes for domestic flight arrivals and 90 minutes for international. The wait time for transfers to Airport is 15 minutes.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flight arrivals in real-time and adjust pickup times free of charge for delays up to 3 hours. We charge a reasonable extra fee for delays longer than 3 hours depending on driver and vehicle availability. There is no need to contact us for flight delays unless you've been rerouted or your flight number changes.
Can I book one transfer for travelers arriving at the same time on different flights?
Yes, you can but we recommend booking separate transfers to avoid no-shows caused by flight delays.

Yes, we provide transportation for corporate events, conferences, and business meetings including airport transfers and executive travel.

Yes, we provide premium transportation for wine and city tours. Our professional chauffeurs will guide you through best routes for a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience.
Do you provide car seats for children?
Yes, we offer infant, toddler, and booster car seats at extra cost. You will be asked to add them in extras when you book your ride.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies depend on vehicle and booking type. Sedans, SUVs, and Sprinter Vans typically require at least 24 hours notice for free cancellation, while Stretch Limos and Motor Coaches need 48-72 hours. A processing fee of 5% will be deducted for credit card payment refunds. Contact us for specific terms related to event transportation and hourly service.
